How do we make sure you buy the right home? When searching for a home it is very helpful to create an itemized list of your wants and needs. We will look through your eyes and budget to ensure we perform the most accurate property searches for your criteria.

NEEDS AND WANTS:

Needs - these are essentials and would likely not be compromised

Wants - are optional, so rate them from 1-10 from least wants to most important

Irrelevant Items - you can take them or leave them

How long do you plan to live in the home? Do you plan on selling, renting, leaving for a family member?

Keep your expectations realistic - if the home is missing one of your needs, can you remodel it
